We are afraid to admit our sins and failings because it makes us feel less than. But the bible says that if we humble ourselves, and it does take humility to confess and address our sins, then God will exalt us.

God bless you Jason. Keep on striving brother.Rev. I remember sitting in the theater seeing the preview for a brief moment last year and knowing that this was a movie that would have me...a grown young man...in tears. I just wish this movie made a showing in North Carolina theaters.

This movie is about "The Love Dare"; an actual 40-day process that leads people to live the life-style that was mentioned in a few comments posted earlier with other sermon snippets. Without ruining too much of the message of the movie...I will say that it does tie in very well with this scripture and so many others throughout the Bible.

I guess the biggest thing for people to know of this scripture is that we ALL must be willing to be honest with God on the things we struggle with. Otherwise, we can never strive to be better...day in...day out!

Jason R. I have not seen a movie with such a strong message as this one before. It will really make you look at things in a totally different lite.

For any minister, this is a "must-have" in your toolbox.

Jason R. EvansAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
